Hello there!
We're a family of 4 seeking to exchange our home for a cosy winter retreat in December 2024 near ski lifts & picturesque winter landscapes. We need a space with three bedrooms minimum and room to work comfortably. Our home offers a private pool, a great outdoor lounge area, a resort-style communal pool & bar, a gym, a yoga room and more, but we're flexible on the match. Any date between Dec 1 and Jan 7 is possible.

We are excited to explore swaps and share our space with another family!
Kitchen
The open kitchen has everything we need and enough space to enjoy cooking together.

Breakfast is sorted, too—there is a great coffee machine, the usual toaster, and a kettle. For healthy options, try our cold press juicer or whip up a smoothie in the Vitamix. And, of course, no kitchen in Asia is complete without a rice cooker.
Lounge
The lounge area features a spacious sofa, a TV, and a PlayStation 5 with various analogue games and books for your enjoyment.
The dining table seats 6, and my work corner can also be used.
Main Bedroom
There is a spacious bed, a projector, a DJ setup, and an ensuite bathroom around the corner. It's a really nice mattress!
Kids Bedrooms
One bedroom offers a bunk bed sleeping 3, two desks, and ensuite access to the bathroom. The other shares this bathroom via another door and features a desk and king-size bed.
Outdoor Living
We spend 90% of our free time outdoors, surrounded by lush plants that make the outdoor area a tropical oasis.

It is equipped with mosquito screens, ceiling fans, a daybed, and a large pool with spa massagers, perfect for enjoying breathtaking sunsets.

Feel free to utilize our pizza oven, ice bath, or simply relax and watch golfers in action.





The Neighbourhood
Sansara is a resort-style compound. Our place is at the end of the road, with lots of privacy. Adjacent to the house, the renowned Black Mountain Golf Club begins, providing wide-open views.

Outside, there is a basketball hoop and plenty of space for skateboarding or playing ball. Additionally, there is a simple grass volleyball court and a pool table available. You can use the well-equipped gym and beautiful attached yoga room if you feel like sports.

The communal pool area ensures privacy and convenience, with ordering food and drinks from the pool bar or utilising the available BBQs.

The Location
Sansara Residences in Hin Lek Fai / Hua Hin

We are located in the Black Mountain area of Hua Hin. Circa 20 minutes by car from the beach and centre, Black Mountain is spoiled with a cooler temperature and beautiful scenery everywhere.
What is around?

We are in one of Thailand's oldest seaside resort towns, surrounded by natural beauty, fun leisure opportunities and Thailand’s number-one golf course (if that's your thing).


The international school is within a 3-minute walking distance, and so is a fun water park, a wakeboard course and plenty of space to walk, cycle or just enjoy the scenery.

What we are looking for
We're looking for someone who has a nice place like ours, so we can enjoy winter and hit the slopes as much as we can next year. We need a spot to work and at least 3 bedrooms. We don't expect everything to be exactly like home, but it'd be great if it's just as comfy and convenient.

If anyone wants to do a tropical winter with friends or extended family, our lovely neighbours and best friends have a similar (larger!!) house at the other end of the road and they would be keen as well. Options!
